Meetings & Conference Facilities

Freshwater Point has the closest Broadbeach accommodation to the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, an easy walk with absolutely no roads to cross if you are attending a conference or show.

Our resort offers spacious, self contained 1, 2 & 3 bedroom air-conditioned apartments with full kitchen and laundry facilities, large balconies with fantastic views of the Gold Coast and great guest facilities including a on-site licensed café.

Freshwater Point Resort also has the choice of two meeting room facilities. The meeting rooms are located on the ground floor of the property and can accommodate up to 20 people theatre style or 15 to 20 people in a boardroom or U shape configuration. (A larger  third meeting room is pending and will be open shortly)

Our meeting rooms are available for half day hire ($120.00) and full day hire (210.00) and include the following:

• Table, table cloths, chairs

• Water and mints

• Note pads and pens

• Private terrace for breakout

• White board and markers

• Business services including internet access, photocopying and faxing

• Car parking

Additional Equipment hire (fee applies):

• Data Projector

• Electronic Projector

• Overhead Projector

• TV and video

Other Options:

• Food and Beverage: (additional cost)

• Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea from onsite café (conditions apply)

• External catering can also be arranged (ie: Sushi)
