Freshwater Point Resort requires full payment at time of booking for all reservations, which will then instantly confirm your booking. Guest must also present I.D upon check in and the registered guest must be 18+ years.
DYNAMIC RATE PRICING
Freshwater Point Resort uses a dynamic pricing structure, so accommodation charges change daily** If you find a rate cheaper than previously booked we unfortunately are unable to amend these changes.
CHILD POLICY
0-2 yrs FOC (free of charge)using existing bedding (rollaway/sofa is NOT existing bedding) Cot Hire available at an additional charge. Must pre advise resort prior to arrival.
3-14 yrs Adult Rate applies
REQUEST POLICY
Although every effort will be made to satisfy any specific requests, we cannot guarantee them. Should you consider the apartment you have booked not suitable, upgrades or relocations can be requested – subject to availability and an additional cost. Guest wishing to change rooms after check-in will incur a cleaning fee.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 per room must be received immediately by credit card to confirm the booking. If your total reservation amount is less than $200, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment will indicate acceptance of these booking terms and conditions.
Cancellation terms and charges
- Your prepaid deposit is non refundable on cancellation of booking.
- Cancellation of booking between 14 days and 72 hours prior to day of arrival check-in time, 50% of total booking value.
- Cancellation of booking within 72 hours of standard check in time, will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
- No Shows - full tariff is charged. Guests who reduce length of stay once in house will not receive a refund on nights booked and paid. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Booking terms and charges
All bookings are required to be paid in full at time of booking(s) being made & confirmed.
Cancellation of confirmed bookings is not permitted and all confirmed bookings and payments are Non-Refundable. If for any reason a guest chooses to depart their accommodation earlier than booked, any unused portion of the accommodation booking or 'package' will not be refundable. With all prepaid monies being forfeited. If a guest(s) is deemed a 'NO SHOW' and the accommodation is not availed as booked, the booking will be automatically cancelled with no refund being applicable and all prepaid monies being forfeited.
If for any reason a request is made for either a change of guest(s) name or change of date(s); an amendment fee of $50 (per change per booking) will apply to all confirmed bookings. If a request is made to change the date of a confirmed booking, this amended booking may also be subject to an increase in accommodation tariff subject to both availability of requested accommodation category and seasonal surcharges if applicable. No reduction in tariff will be applicable to any confirmed and prepaid accommodation booking(s).
**NOTE: SCHOOL LEAVERS
We reserve the right to reject bookings from School Leavers and/or University Leavers from 19 Nov 10 - 12 Dec 10 as we do not have policies, procedures or resources to meet the unique needs of those attending the annual "Schoolies" event. If on check in persons travelling are found to be participating in 'Schoolies' they will NOT be checked in and no refunds will be given.
